March 2022 Daily Tracker: Baltimore murders and shootings

BALTIMORE — During the month of February, Baltimore City reported 20 homicides and 64 non-fatal shootings.

In September 2020, WMAR-2 News began tracking daily murders and shootings in the city.

Here is March 2022:

3/30 - 10:18pm: A 41-year-old woman was shot in the 2800 block of Pinewood Avenue.

3/30 - 9:18 p.m. A 30-year-old man was shot in the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard. He is expected to survive.

3/30 - 5:37 p.m.: A 38-year-old man was shot in the 1900 block of Christian Street. He is expected to survive.

3/30 - 10:27 a.m.: Three people ages 32, 34 and 37 were shot in the 900 block of North Broadway. They all suffered non-life threatening injuries.

3/28 - 5:39 p.m.: A 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were shot in the 1800 block of Clifton Avenue. Both are expected to survive.

3/28 - 8:45 p.m.: A 30-year-old victim checked into the hospital after being shot in the Unit block of Ann Street.

3/27 - 4:37pm: A 40-year-old man was shot in the 2300 block of East Biddle Street. He's critical but stable at a hospital. On July 1, police arrested 25-year-old Dionte Johnson while in the 2200 block of East Lanvale Street, after a brief foot pursuit.

3/27 - 2:18 p.m.: Joshua Camara was shot in the 2600 block of Northshire Road. He died on July 15 and now his death is being investigated as a homicide.

3/26 - 6:19 p.m.: A 41-year-old man was shot in his right thigh in the 1700 block of Dundalk Avenue. He's expected to survive.

3/26 - 1:40 a.m.: Braylon Gannon, 15, died after being shot in the back of the head in the 2400 block of West Lafayette Avenue.

3/25 - 6:08 p.m.: A man was shot in the neck in the 3600 block of W. Cold Spring Lane. Police said he is breathing and semi-responsive, and is in serious condition.

3/25 - 3:13 p.m.: 26-year-old Edward Garey 4th was shot and killed in the 1900 block of Denison Street.

3/25 - 2:00 p.m: A 60-year-old man was taken to the hospital after being shot in the 2800 block of Harford Road.

3/25 - 11:33 a.m: Courtney Campbell, 34, was shot to death in the 3800 block of Belvedere Avenue. Police arrested and charged 30-year-old Marcus Harris in connection to the incident.

3/24 - 5:00 p.m.: A 29-year-old woman arrived at a Baltimore hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to her upper body. The woman is stable, according to police. The shooting location is currently unknown.

3/24 - 1:17 p.m.: A man was shot in the 1800 block of Eagle Street. The victim suffered gunshot wounds to the face and body. According to police, the victim remains in serious condition at the hospital. Police charged and arrested 30-year-old Devonta Cox with 1st Degree Attempted Murder.

3/23 - 11:23p.m: A 25-year-old man was shot in the 3300 block of Dudley Avenue.

3/22 - 8:17 p.m.: A 22-year-old man was shot in the thumb in the 6800 block of Reisterstown Road. He is expected to survive. On April 12, police arrested and charged 20-year-old Amir Hall.

3/21 - 9:24 p.m. A 25-year-old woman was shot in the face following a dispute in the 500 block of Parksley Avenue. On June 3, 2022, police arrested and charged 26-year-old Samal Chavis.

3/21 - 7:40p.m: A 60-year-old man was shot during a dispute with another man in the 3100 block of Sumter Avenue.

3/21 - 6:50 p.m. A 43-year-old man was shot in the leg in the 2000 block of Eutaw Place.

3/21 - 3:58 p.m. A 17-year-old boy checked into a hospital after being shot in the 2500 block of Llewelyn Avenue.

3/21 -3:07 a.m.: A 32-year-old is stable at a hospital after being shot inside a vehicle in the 3800 block of 10th Street.

3/20 -10:55 p.m.: Allan Howard, 22, was shot and killed in the 4200 block of Grace Court.

3/20 - 3:31 a.m.: A 41-year-old man checked into a hospital after being shot in the 6300 block of Belair Road. He's expected to survive.

3/19 - 4:27 a.m.: A 32-year-old man was discovered shot in the area of Washburn and 10th Streets. His condition is unknown.

3/19 - 4:20 a.m.: A 41-year-old man checked into a hospital after being shot in the 400 block of North Bradford Street. He's expected to survive.

3/19 - 2:12 a.m.: Ryheem Simms, 26, died after being shot in the 1100 block of North Patterson Park Avenue.

3/18 - 8:37 p.m.: A 35-year-old man checked into a hospital after being shot in the back in the 3100 block of Frederick Avenue. He is expected to survive.

3/18 - 5:23 p.m.: John Holt, 53, died after being shot in the 800 block of Aisquith Street.

3/18 - 5:08 p.m.: Police say a 21-year-old man and 29-year-old women suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds in the 4800 block of Cordelia Road.

3/18 - 3:18 p.m.: A man was shot in the chest and a woman was shot in the leg in the 1700 block of McCulloh Street. The man underwent surgery and is in serious condition.

3/18 - 1:59 p.m. Two men, ages 18 and 20, were shot in the 500 block of South Charles Street. The 20-year-old, identified as Akinlana Weathers, died at the hospital.

3/18- 2:39 a.m.: James Neil, 34, died after being shot multiple times in the head, in an alleyway between the 2300 blocks of Madison Avenue and East Eutaw Place.

3/18 - 1:08 a.m.: A 33-year-old man was shot in the 500 block of North Curley Street.

3/17 - 6:41am: Dominic Kennedy, 33, was assaulted in the 1800 block of N. Rutland Avenue. He died March 22 from his injuries.

3/16- 8:44 p.m.: A `18-year-old man was shot in the lower back in the 3700 block of W. Belvedere Avenue. Police said the victim got into an argument with another person who then pulled out a gun. He is expected to survive. A second shooting victim was also later found. Their injuries are considered non-life threatening.

3/16- 8:07 p.m.: A `17-year-old boy and 19-year-old woman were shot on Mareco Avenue in Northeast Baltimore. Both are expected to recover.

3/16- 12:51 a.m.: Frank Lee Pulliam, 31, died after being found shot inside a crashed car in the 2500 block of Cross County Boulevard. Another man injured in the crash was also hospitalized.

3/15 - 3:21 p.m.: A 18-year-old man was shot in the leg in the 1400 block of Orleans Street, in front of Dunbar High School. The victim is expected to be OK.

3/14 - 8:28 p.m.: A 35-year-old man checked into the hospital after being shot in the 2900 block of Stranden Road in South Baltimore.

3/14 - 6:34 p.m.: A 20-year-old man walked into a hospital after being shot in the 2400 block of Winchester Street in West Baltimore. He is expected to be OK.

3/14 - 12:21 a.m.: A 34-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the head inside a crashed car on Bristol Avenue. His condition is critical.

3/13 - 9:48 p.m.: A 22-year-old man was shot in the lower back in the 4600 block of Shamrock Avenue.

3/12 -10:05 p.m.: A 34-year-old man checked into a local hospital about 30 minutes after being shot outside the Royal Farms in the 2200 block of West Patapsco Avenue.

3/12 - 8:20 p.m., Three men, identified as Darian Savoy, Timothy Brown Jr., and Jawan Hall, were fatally shot at the intersection of Liberty Heights and Gwynn Oak Avenue. Another victim, a 73-year-old man, was also wounded.

3/12 - 7 p.m.: A man was shot in the 5000 block of Windsor Mill Road

3/12 - 3:54 p.m., Marvin Pryor, 20, died after being shot in the 2500 block of West Patapsco Avenue.

3/12 - 11:57 a.m., A man was shot in the 3800 block of Hayward Avenue. Due to seriousness of the victim's injuries, homicide detectives have taken over the investigation.

3/12 - 2:23 a.m., A man checked into an area hospital after being shot in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue.

3/12 - 1:19 a.m., Olen Smith Jr., 39, died after being shot in 800 block of Stiles Street.

3/11 - 7:18 p.m., Aaron Rashad Lee, 31, was shot and killed in the 2200 block of W. Lexington Street.

3/10 - 5:13 p.m., A 28-year-old man was shot in the 500 block of Robert Street.

3/10 - 2:08 p.m.: Bryant Timmons, 26, was shot in the 6800 block of Sturbridge Avenue. He died March 13. On April 8, police announced the arrest of 26-year-old Donzo Monk Jr.

3/10 - 8:02 a.m.: A 50-year-old man is expected to survive after being shot in the 1900 block of McCulloh Street. On March 17, police arrested and charged 19-year-old Montoya Cure.

3/9 - 8:15 p.m., Charles Rheubottom, 41, died after being shot in the 400 block of South Smallwood Street.

3/9 - 12:21 p.m., DaShawn Kearson, 36, died after being shot multiple times in the 5500 block of Park Heights Avenue.

3/8 - 1:59 p.m., A 42-year-old man was shot in the thigh in the 500 block of Dolphin Street. On March 16, police arrested and charged 20-year-old Gerald Mceachern. Police have also since arrested and charged 24-year-old Hakeem Smith.

3/7 - 7:16 p.m., A 23-year-old man was shot in the 1600 block of Locust Street.

3/7 - 11:45 a.m.: A man is in stable condition after being shot in the 1100 block of Sargeant Street. On March 9, police announced the arrest of 19-year-old DeShun Smith.

3/7 - 5:23 a.m.: A man suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound around Payson and Christian Streets.

3/6 - 10:49pm: A 34-year-old man was shot in the foot in the 1900 block of E. 29th Street

3/4 - 6:15 p.m., A man was shot in the head in the 5600 block of The Alameda. His condition is unknown.

3/3 - 9:03 p.m., Monique Billinger, 49, died after being shot in the 1300 block of N. Mount Street.

3/3 - 10:09 a.m., Linda Burnette Dennis, 70, was found shot to death behind the 5000 block of Queensberry Avenue.

3/2 - 6:33 p.m., Thomas Epps, 32, was fatally shot in the 1900 block of N. Dukeland Street. Two other men, ages 49 and 40, were also found at the scene with non-life threatening gunshot wounds. A fourth victim later walked into a local hospital.

3/2 - 5:45 p.m., A 59-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the 600 block of Whitmore Avenue.

3/1 - 5:45pm: An unresponsive man was found in the 300 block of South Spring Court, suffering from trauma to the head. The Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide.

3/1 - 4:50 p.m., David Dixon, 25, died after being shot in the 1200 block of W. Baltimore Street.
