CARROLL COUNTY, Md. — An EF-0 briefly touched down in Carroll County on Monday, March 16, the National Weather Service.
The tornado was near New Windsor and contained maximum winds of 80 mph.
Max width of the twister was 150 yards and traveled 1.68 miles.
Just three days earlier, another tornado was confirmed in Howard County.

This tornado snapped and uprooted numerous trees along Old Frederick Road in Cooksville.
