BALTIMORE, Md. — White Marsh Mall says they will not be hosting a carnival in 2019 due to concerns of safety.
White Marsh spokesperson Lindsay Kahn stated, "safety is priority."
This announcement comes after a recent series of brawls at the Eastpoint Mall carnival that resulted in the arrest of 26 juveniles.
The fights inside of the carnival were among many carnival goers which later prompted police to shutdown the event.
Eastpoint mall has since canceled their carnival event for the rest of their dates.
