BALTIMORE COUNTY — Traffic was backed up on I-695 Wednesday morning due to a manure spill, officials say.
A tractor-trailer was hauling manure when the load shifted and spilled onto the roadway.
The Maryland State Highway Association said all lanes on the outer loop before the Loch Raven exit were closed. Only the left shoulder remained open.
No injuries were reported.
