DUNDALK, Md. — A man was hit and killed at the intersection of Merritt Boulevard and Wise Avenue in Dundalk Friday night.
Police were called to the scene at 6:40 p.m. and found Mark Hoerner, 78, pinned underneath a car. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.
Police say the driver of a 2014 Toyota Prius was traveling north when the crash happened.
Neither the driver nor the two passengers in the car were hurt.
The crash is under investigation.
