BALTIMORE — Baltimore City wrapped the year 2025 with 133 homicides, down 61 from 2024.
In May 2026, there were 8 recorded homicides and 32 non-fatal shootings.
Since September 2020, WMAR-2 News has tracked daily murders and shootings in the city each month.
Here is June 2026:
6/11 - 9:49pm: A 34-year-old man was shot in the 100 block of N. Curley Street. His injuries are non-life-threatening.
6/11 - 3:59 pm: A 17-year-old was shot in the 2400 block of Jefferson Street. He is being treated and is expected to survive.
6/10 - 10:12pm: Three people, a 20-year-old woman and two 22-year-old men, were shot in the 1800 block of N. Payson Street. One of the men later died. The other is listed in critical condition, while the woman is stable.
6/10 - 2:14pm: A man was shot in the leg in the 100 block of S. Carey Street.
6/9 - 10:03pm: Chiekh Dieng was found dead inside a burning home in the 2300 block of Round Road.
6/7 - 11:50pm: A 53-year-old man was injured in a shooting along the 500 block of N. Monroe Street.
6/7 - 7:25pm: A man was shot in the 4400 block of Park Heights Avenue. He is being treated at an area hospital. Police have since arrested and charged Antione Burton, 51.
6/7 - 2:42pm: Ramie Saunders, 20, was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting at Reisterstown Road and Cold Spring Lane
6/6 - 4:46pm: A 15-year-old boy was shot in the 700 block of N. Collington Avenue. His injury is considered non-life-threatening.
6/6 - 2:51am: Curtis Knox, 40, was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting along the 1000 block of S. Hanover Street.
6/5 - 11:27pm: A 19-year-old man was shot in the 300 block of S. Central Avenue. His injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
6/5 - 2:37pm: A 39-year-old man was shot in the 4500 block of York Road. The man is listed as critical but stable.
6/5 - 12:50am: Two men, ages 20 and 33, were shot in the 3100 block of N. Edgewood Street. Each are expected to survive.
6/4 - 9:24pm: Two men, ages 21 and 32, were shot in the 1200 block of E. Preston Street. They were taken to the hospital and are stable.
6/4 - 7:53pm: A 61-year-old man was shot in the 400 block of North Montford Street. He's listed as stable.
6/1 - 11:57pm: A 47-year-old man was shot in the 1800 block of Clifton Avenue. He's expected to survive.
