It appears the wood has been cleared allowing for multiple lanes to reopen.

Three lanes along the I-695 outer-loop near Woodlawn are shut down due to a jackknifed lumber truck.
The scene is located prior to exit 17 (MD-122/Security Boulevard), but traffic is backed up for miles all the way to Reisterstown Road.

Luckily, no one was injured.
"This will be an extended road closure," said Maryland State Police. "Motorists are encouraged to seek alternative routes."
