Tropical Storm Gabrielle forms in the Atlantic

The storm won't hit the U.S. mainland but may impact Bermuda

Tropical Storm Gabrielle has formed in the central Atlantic Ocean and is the seventh named storm of the 2025 Hurricane season.

Gabrielle is forecast to become a weak category 1 hurricane with maximum sustained winds between 74-95 mph. The storm is NOT expected to impact the mainland United States; however, the current projected path takes it relatively close to Bermuda around Monday, September 22.
