Winter begins Monday at 5:02 AM. Instead of bringing us snow, we will see dense fog in the morning. It should clear around 10:30 or 11:00 am. If it burns off later, temperatures will be cooler for the day. If it burns off in the suggested window, temperatures will rise to 44 degrees. The afternoon should have a few breaks of sun, but the evening clouds roll in and not the moisture is no longer fog, but rain. Showers develop around 9PM and linger overnight.

Temperatures will not dip below freezing, so ice should not be a problem. Tuesday morning will be mostly sunny, but gusty. Expect gusts near 30 mph. Expect mild weather for the middle of the week as you wrap your presents. A cold front is in the forecast Thursday. This will bring plenty of rain and a 30% chance of a rain/snow mix for Christmas morning!
