BALTIMORE — Happy Sunday! Today brings a big warm-up with readings getting back into the 40s for the first time in a week. It will be cloudy most of the day. Winds pick up a bit. Gusts could range anywhere from 10 to 20 miles per hour. This will bring our warmer weather and keep it going into next week.
