After a damp 36 hours, we'll finally be able to put aside the umbrella for a few days, courtesy of high pressure moving in!

That's not to say everything will be picture perfect. Let's start with Tuesday. While temperatures will rebound into the lower 70s, the winds will be a bit elevated and we could see them gusts up to 25 mph, so there will remain an element of chill in the air. Things get better as we head towards Wednesday and Thursday. High pressure will keep the skies dry, and sunny skies will allow the temperatures to warm towards the mid 70s by Thursday.

Short-lived success story here. Fall comes with a couple of drawbacks, its a transitional season-- so we see more frequent cold fronts. Rain chances will return Friday as cooler temperatures settle in for the weekend. While it will be a little cooler, there will be no shortage of sunshine for the weekend.

Here's to a good week!
