Thanksgiving is just a few days away... and I know many of us are planning a thanksgiving that looks different than it did pre-covid.
With that being said, the picture is getting clearer on what we can expect this year.

But first, lets look back at the last 5 years. Thanksgiving conditions have varied quite a bit during this time-- from an afternoon high of 40° two years ago, to temperatures in the low 60s in 2015. Most of those years, there was no rain--but in 2016, there were a few sprinkles.

The forecast this year calls for highs near 64°...but unfortunately its looking a bit damp. Rain chances, especially during the afternoon may hinder your plans to walk off some of that turkey and pie. As far as rain totals are concerned, looks like we'll see an average of about a half inch.

While these totals are likely to shift a little bit as we get new data into the weather center, the rain totals shouldn't vary by much.
