Typically...June is the 5th wettest month of the year in Baltimore. For 2020, we have bucked the trend and tallied more rainfall than any other month so far this year. With that being said, we are far from setting any records-- matter of fact, taking a look at the last 5 years, this isn't even ranked as the wettest! Last June, we received less than the 100 year average-- 3.46"! Three of the last 5 years have been drier than normal, while 2018 and 2015 were wetter.

Speaking of 2015.....
That June we set a rainfall record at BWI-- picking up 13.09 "!
This June has been quite interesting so far--- With 15 out of 29 days receiving at least a trace amount of rainfall. We've picked up about two and half inches more than normal. At the moment, 2020 is on pace to go down as the 16th wettest April in the last 100 years.
