Strong winds are causing a lot of problems in the Maryland suburbs near D.C., especially in Montgomery County.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services say a tree came crashing down on top of a house in Kensington Friday morning.

Officials say a 100-year-old woman was trapped underneath the debris, but firefighters were able to work quickly to free her.

The woman is now recovering at an area hospital, and the damage to the home is pretty bad.
Fire and rescue services are also tweeting about more downed trees across the county.
