The body of a missing boater has been recovered.
Maryland Natural Resources Police say 41-year-old Kevin Charles Yates Sr. was found Monday in the Chesapeake Bay near Poplar Island.
Yates went missing last Wednesday on June 27 from a 40-foot cabin cruiser as it was sailing between Eastern Bay and Herrington Harbor.
This is the eleventh boating related fatality in Maryland in 2018.
