ABERDEEN, Md. — A 63-year-old Aberdeen man died on Saturday after being hit by a car.
Police say Rudolph Risby Jr. was crossing Beards Hill Road "in a non-signalized location," when he was struck and killed by an oncoming Genesis G70.
The 18-year-old driver remained at the scene.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause.
