Fire investigators have determined the cause of a fire and explosion which killed a 75-year-old woman in early November.

Lana Miller was killed after her house on Winands Road caught fire and she became trapped. Neighbors told WMAR-2 News they hear an explosion with the fire and immediately became concerned.

On Thursday, officials say the fire was caused by an electrical issue and the reported explosions were from Miller's oxygen tanks.

They say the tanks were located directly above the fire's origin and started to explode.
