REISTERSTOWN, Md. — Police have arrested a man in connection to a deadly shooting last December in Reisterstown.
Michael Guy Fisher, 24, is accused of killing 28-year-old Jerry Josiah Eleyon on December 29.
Detectives believe the two were involved in a drug transaction in the 12000-block of Tarragon Road when the incident occurred.
Fisher faces charges of first degree murder and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.
