Non-emergency vehicles were banned from the streets of Baltimore Saturday evening due to poor road conditions.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake called a phase 3 snow emergency, similar to what the city of Annapolis announced early Saturday.
Phase 2 snow emergencies requires vehicles on the road to be equipped with snow tires, all weather radials or chains, and prohibits parking in designated Snow Emergency Routes.
