Mr. Trash Wheel is celebrating his birthday on Monday.
The garage gobbler has been helping to clean the Inner Harbor for three years.
To celebrate, Healthy Harbor has some fun events planned throughout the day, including feeding Mr. Trash Wheel special trash cakes.
