BALTIMORE — Baltimore City Department of Transportation is advising motorists that there will be roadway resurfacing beginning this week.

Resurfacing will happen along Baltimore Street between Howard and Gay Streets and is scheduled to be on or about Thursday, October 10.

Daily lane closures will happen from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day, weather permitting for ADA ramp construction and concrete repair work.

In addition, single lane closures will be implemented overnight to allow the concrete repairs to adequately cure.

At least two lanes of through traffic will remain open for motorists during these times.

Construction work along Baltimore Street is scheduled to last for approximately 6 weeks.
