Now, more than ever, we need to stand-up and support our local businesses and Howard Bank is doing just that with their "Keep it Local" contest.

In this contest the small business needs to nominate themselves, so yes it's OK to brag a little, all for a chance to win $10,000.

“During this challenging time we want to show our support for small businesses in the Greater Baltimore region,” said Mary Ann Scully, Chairman and CEO of Howard Bank. “We know that before the pandemic, and even during the current crisis, small businesses have consistently been major sources of strength and inspiration for their communities. And, at Howard Bank, we believe all businesses are essential. We look forward to recognizing the business that best embodies these qualities.”

Erica Starr, Director of Marketing for Howard Bank, said “Now more than ever, it is important to recognize the impact small businesses haveon our lives. Our Keep It Local contest celebrates the hard work and dedication small businesses have shown in their communities and now its our turn to return that dedication”

Between May 4th and May 15th small businesses can nominate themselves by simply filling out an online form by clicking the link: HowardBank.com/KeepItLocal
