Eating dinner earlier may help prevent some forms of cancer.

That's according to a new study published Tuesday in the International Journal of Cancer.

Researchers in Spain found people who eat dinner before 9 p.m., or at least two hours before bed, have a 20% lower risk of developing breast and prostate cancer.

One of the lead researchers says the correlation between meal times and cancer is still unclear.
