HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. — Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay was spotted in Maryland again, but this time in Havre de Grace.
He took a picture with a fan near the MacGregor's Restaurant.
Just last week, two officers on patrol saw the chef in Frederick County.
There's still no word on why he's visiting Maryland.
