BALTIMORE — A rec center in Baltimore city that's been closed for years gets a new look.
The city officially reopening the Towanda recreation center in park heights. It's rec and parks' newest stem and fitness facility upgrades include new sports equipment, an outdoor pool, and a large gathering space.
