DUNDALK, Md. — Dundalk businesses are supporting Baltimore County police officers with the 4th annual Blue Crabby Christmas tree.

The tree stands 25 feet tall at The Hard Yacht Cafe and consists of blue lights and more than 400 crab baskets. It is raising money for The Baltimore County Police Assistance and Relief Fund that helps officers who at no fault of their own find themselves dealing with unrecoverable financial difficulties. It also supports families of fallen officers.

Hard Yacht Cafe owner, Art Cox, is proud to back the blue. He is teaming up with East Bay Marina, The Painted Mermaid and Diamond Sports Wear to raise money for officers in need. "They do a job everyday that you and I could not even imagine doing. We appreciate what they do and I'm sure a lot of people out there, as it apparent by donations we have received for the tree, there's a lot of folks out there that feel that way as well," Cox said.

The businesses are selling t-shirts, sweatshirts, and cups. With every $100 donation, you will receive a free tumbler.
