FREDERICK CO., Md. — The Frederick County Sheriff's Office has identified the man they say is responsible for the funeral service shooting at Jackson's Chapel United Methodist Church in Frederick County.
Officers believe 27-year-old Demar Cortze Allen was involved in the incident that injured two people at a funeral on April 20.
It was reported that the suspect fled the area before medics got on the scene. The Sheriff's Office reported that the incident wasn't a random shooting.
