Patchy fog and more rain today. The rain will be heavy at times.
Many areas could see over 1/2 an inch of rain, especially counties south of Baltimore and on the Eastern Shore.
Because of the heavy rain, there is the potential for flooding. Flash Flood Watches are up until 12 a.m. Friday.
Rain chances will continue into the weekend.
