Some holidays we hope mother nature is nice and won't ruin our outdoor plans. Well, she is delivering an amazing forecast for Labor Day... it will quickly change though. High pressure is still in place but moving into the Atlantic Ocean. It will squash plenty of clouds from developing, leaving us with mostly sunny skies and temps a tad warmer than normal (81 degrees). The humidity stars to increase though as winds will be out if the SE. Monday starts to feel a bit sticky, thus the temperature around 3PM will feel more like the upper 80s instead of the mid 80s. It's great pool and BBQ weather!

By Tuesday, high pressure is now in the Atlantic and winds are out of the ESE. That taps into even more moisture! Clouds increase and the humidity is unbearable. Temps will feel like the low 90s! The moisture stays in place through Thursday, colliding with a cold front to bring a round of thunderstorms to the area Wednesday-Thursday. Although the moisture may decrease a bit heading into the weekend, the cold front lingers around. As a result, the rain chance stays with us all the way through the weekend.
