Autumn was ushered in at 9:54 p.m. last Saturday, but it will feel like Summer again tomorrow. Ahead of an approaching cold front, it will be humid and warm with highs in the mid to upper 80s. The clashing of the different air masses will trigger the potential for severe weather tomorrow afternoon/evening.

The biggest threats, if storms turn severe, will be damaging gusty wind and flash flooding.

Download the Storm Shield Weather App to stay ahead of the severe weather. If a Watch or Warning is issued in your county you will be alerted. Remember, if you hear thunder you are close enough to be struck by lightning, so when thunder roars go indoors! Also, NEVER drive through flooded roads, turn around don't drown.

Drier and calmer conditions will arrive by the end of the week but abundant sunshine won't arrive until the weekend!
