High pressure that has kept us nice and sunny the last couple of days is now shifting offshore. A southerly flow will set up allowing for high heat and humidity levels to return. Highs will soar into the 90s.
A largely dry weekend is also expected. However, an isolated shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled out. Higher rain chances arrive on Tuesday across our area as a cold front approaches.
