Free COVID-19 vaccines to be offered at Merriweather Post Pavilion concerts

COLUMBIA, Md. — Howard County on Monday announced that free COVID-19 vaccines would be available to those attending live concerts this summer at Merriweather Post Pavilion.

Vaccines will first be available July 3, during the M3 Festival.

Members of the Howard County Fire will be on hand offering all three vaccines, the Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson.

At least 100 doses will be available each show.

Currently, 65.1 percent of all Howard County residents have been fully vaccinated, including 76.9 percent of those 12 and older.
