A serious crash is under investigation on Interstate 795 in Baltimore County.
Northbound lanes are blocked between Owings Mills Boulevard and Franklin Boulevard.
Baltimore County Police tell ABC2's Lauren Cook that an off-duty Baltimore City police officer was the first to arrive on scene and helped remove a passenger from one of the vehicles.
A tractor trailer and two SUV's were involved were involved in the crash, according to Maryland State Police.

One person was transported to Sinai Hospital, police say. Their condition is unknown at this time.
Maryland State Police hope to reopen northbound lanes at approximately 6:30 a.m.
