Slippery roads are causing some major concerns Monday morning, prompting many schools and businesses across the state to delay opening or close completely.

FORECAST:

Monday: Freezing rain and sleet before 11am, then rain and sleet. High near 36. Calm wind becoming east 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New sleet accumulation of around an inch possible.
