ABC2 reporter Brendan McNamara checked in with the Maryland Emergency Management Agency to get the latest details on how winds are affecting power outages across the area, and how snowfall is affecting the roads.
Executive director Russell Strickland says winds aren't as bad as expected, yet MEMA officials are pleased that residents are staying off the roads as advised.
