The National Association of Realtors found the median price of a home in Cumberland is around $82,000. Only Youngstown, OH had a more affordable housing market. There in the first quarter the median price of a home was around $72,000 San Jose, CA has the most expensive housing market in the nation, where in the first quarter the median price for a house was $1.1 million.
