The city of Baltimore and the co-founders of Light City have agreed to settle their lawsuit on the festival's trademark.
Federal court records indicate the two parties reached a settlement in principle and the case has been dismissed.
The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts filed a lawsuit in October against Brooke and Justin Allen, the couple who came up with the idea for Light City.
