Maryland Natural Resources Police held a graduation ceremony for three new K9 dogs Friday.
The dogs are the first to receive in-house training through a grant from the Humane Society of the United States.
One of the dogs, Rider, is a terrier mix who will be based in the greater Baltimore area. Rider was a pound puppy from the Harford Humane Society shelter and will be based in Annapolis.
