A Parkville man is dead after a fatal crash in Howard County Saturday afternoon.
Police said Ronald Lucas, 42, died when his Toyota slammed into a tree on Route 32 around 1:40 p.m. Saturday. No other cars were involved in the crash.
An investigation revealed speed was a factor in the crash.
Howard County police are investigating.
