JESSUP, Md. — A fire in Howard County injured two people, including a firefighter, Wednesday night.
It happened in the 7900 block of Dorsey Run Road in Jessup.
Firefighters were able to get the flames under control in an hour.
One adult was taken to the hospital for serious burn injuries. A firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion.
Investigators say the fire damaged a home and an office space connected to a nearby auto repair business.
The cause is under investigation.
