ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — An Ellicott City man was busted for allegedly soliciting sex from a minor on Tuesday.

Maryland State Police say Rohit Agarwal, 48, went to a fast food restaurant in Anne Arundel County to meet what he thought was a child.

Turns out the person Agarwal was chatting with online was an undercover police detective.

Agarwal is currently in custody awaiting a preliminary bond hearing.
