A 68 year-old Ellicott City man is in critical condition after his bike crashed into an embankment Friday, according to Howard County Police.
Officers responded to the area of Guilford and Vollmerhausen Roads around 11 a.m. where they discovered Robert Grossman suffering from serious injuries.
Police believe Grossman was traveling southbound on Guilford Road when he struck a rocky embankment near Vollmerhausen Road.
He was transported to Shock Trauma where he remains in critical condition.
