A 19-year-old man from Germantown died early Sunday morning in an accident in Woodbine.

According to Howard County Police, the crash occurred just before 4 a.m. on Route 94 near Brittle Branch Way when the man drove his 2000 Saturn SL2 off the roadway and struck a tree.

The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. He has been identified as Pierce B. English.
