Harford County deputies offering reward for tips leading to arrest of fraud suspect

HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — The Harford County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect involved in fraud at Shoe City.

On Dec. 19 at about 6:15 p.m., deputies responded to Shoe City in the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway for a report of fraud.

When deputies arrived on scene, they were told the victim lost a debit card earlier in the day and an unknown suspect used it to buy items at Shoe City.

Through the investigation, photos of the suspect were found.
