As of 12:41pm Monday, all I-95 northbound lanes have reopened.
Original Story:
A serious car crash blocked all northbound lanes on I-95 near Joppa, Monday morning.
Maryland State Police confirmed an injured child was helicoptered to Johns Hopkins Hospital.
The collision occurred around mile marker 81.5, just north of MD-543.
There's no word on the cause.
A detour is setup via The Maryland House. Drivers are urged to use alternate routes such as US 40, MD 7 or US 1.
