Baltimore County teamed up with Harford County deputies and Bel Air police for the “Click It or Ticket" campaign.
Officers watched for drivers along Belair Road who were texting, speeding, or not wearing seatbelts.
Police say citations were expected to be issued throughout the campaign.
The enforcement effort continues through the holiday weekend.
