OCEAN CITY, Md. — Another warm summer weekend is headed our way and it's perfect weather to head to Ocean City.

Maryland State Police want to make sure your summer vacation is safe, so they will be looking for impaired drivers through Labor Day.

"We will be deploying additional troopers, saturation patrols, check points and high visibility enforcement across our state and across the beach on route 50," said Captain Dan Pickett from Maryland State Police.

Police will be focusing on aggressive driving, speeders, unsafe lane changing and distracted driving.

Checkpoints will be in Berlin on August 15, while Easton will have DUI checkpoints on Friday, August 16.

Police say that if you see someone operating recklessly or operating dangerously on the road, to call 91.
