Wiseman then continued to drive after hitting Partin, and hit an Acura driven by Kimberly Fonaldson, as well as another Ford Escape driven by Mary M. Zinn.

Wiseman was pronounced dead at the scene and Partin and Donaldson were taken to Carroll Hospital Center for non-life threatening injuries. Zinn had to be flown to Shock Trauma because of the extent of her injuries and is undergoing treatment.

Police say there are no obvious signs of impairment and the crash is still under investigation. If you witnessed the crash police ask you call 410-386-3000.

Because of the crash, Littlestown Pike was closed for six hours.
