Troopers are investigating a crash where it caused a car to drive into a Jiffy Mart Gas Station.
According to troopers, a Honda Accord driven by Hassene Mansouri was traveling westbound on Route 140 and drove through the red light at Suffolk Road. While it drove through the light, Mansouri hit the passenger side of a Honda Fit driven by Kim Diane Holmes. Holmes was trying to make a left turn from Green Mill Road onto westbound MD 140.
The collision caused Mansouri's car to travel over a curb, across the parking lot, and into the Jiffy Mart Gas Station.
Mansouri was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released. Holmes refused treatment at the scene.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this crash and charges are still being investigated.
