LOCHEARN, Md. — Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged Indra Teresa Bailey with the murder of her 96-year-old step-mother.
A caregiver found Evelyn Murray Bailey dead inside her home in the 6800 block of Fox Meadow Road, the morning of March 4.
One day later, the Medical Examiner's Office ruled her death a homicide "by means of sharp force trauma."

The morning of the incident, detectives determined that Indra went to the home after the night shift caregiver left. When the morning shift caregiver arrived, IEvelyn was dead and Indra was gone.
Police still haven't figured out a motive.
Bailey is being held without bail pending a review at the Baltimore County Detention Center on first degree murder charges.
